The taste can best be described as orange sweet, caramel and full bodied.

Dit is het gebied tussen Caldas, Quindio en Risaralda met Medellín als belangrijkste stad in het midden. Op de score test van SCAA behaald deze boon een waardering van 86 punten. Duidelijk geen supermarkt koffie maar een specialty coffee. De smaak kan het beste worden omschreven als sinasappel zoet, karamel met een volle body.
